DOMESTIC SHIPPING
All orders will be delivered in 2-3 business days (excluding Sundays and holidays). Please note that orders placed on a Sunday or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Order processing:
All orders are processed from our Nairobi location.
Successfully placed orders will receive an email confirmation with the order details. If you do not receive an email, please check your spam filter or contact us for confirmation. If you need any assistance with your order, please contact us immediately via WhatsApp chat at +254 702 466 225.
Please review and ensure that you have entered the correct address. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the address that you have provided.
Local shipping:
Shipping times depend on your location. Deliveries for outside Nairobi, within Kenya will take 3-4 days.
Local delivery costs
We are located in, and ship from Nairobi, Kenya. You will be able to select one of the following shipping options at checkout:

Disclaimer: It is the buyer's responsibility to provide us with the correct shipping address. Once we ship your order out and we provide a tracking number, we can no longer modify the address or intercept the package. If a package is marked/tracked as "Delivered" and the wrong address was provided, Zeybari will not process a refund for that package. The buyer assumes responsibility for return shipping costs, which will be subtracted from any refund owed.
Shipping notification simply means that the carrier was electronically notified by Zeybari to expect your package for mailing. This does not indicate receipt by the carrier or the actual mailing date of the package. Delivery status information is provided if/when available. Information is updated periodically, but there may be occasional delays. Please check again later.
